Unlimited Discovery Calls
You’ll get as many discovery conversations as needed with stakeholders, customers, or internal team members to clarify needs, define problems, and dig beneath assumptions.
Weekly 60-Minute Alignment Meeting
We’ll meet every week to maintain focus on evolving priorities, reflect on new inputs, and keep strategy and execution aligned.
Weekly Internal Team Meeting (60 mins)
I’ll attend one internal cross-functional team meeting each week to stay embedded and support cohesion across engineering, design, and product.
30-Minute 1:1s with UXR, Design, Leadership, Marketing, and Engineering
Includes up to 4 x 30-minute 1:1s per week; additional cadences can be added based on scope conversation.
Async-First Communication
We prioritize clarity and responsiveness via Slack/email, with a required 1 business day turnaround for questions, input, and feedback. Meetings are for depth, not updates.
Team Coaching and Capability Building
Beyond strategy and planning, I help your team level up. My goal is to build product muscle across your team, not just deliver outcomes, but develop the people who create them.
Focus on Problem Definition
This engagement is centered on understanding customer needs, prioritizing outcomes, aligning teams, and developing strategic clarity.

Travel & On-site work
Need on-site support? Let’s talk. While my work is primarily remote, I offer on-site facilitation and strategy sessions when it adds value — travel terms are scoped per engagement.
Pricing
$8,750 per month
This engagement is designed for a long-term partnership, not a quick fix. We start with a 3-month commitment to build alignment and deliver momentum. After that, it’s month-to-month with a 30-day notice to end the contract; simple, transparent, and built on mutual trust.
If your needs are greater or lighter than this structure, let’s discuss scope and budget. I’m open to thoughtful customization.
I’m also available for shorter-term or hourly consulting depending on your needs.
